You deserve to be happy

Do you know that you deserve to be happy and successful in life? Do you know that you are here on earth to accomplish your wildest dreams and aspirations?

Thousands of people wake up every day hopeless not knowing what to do and how to get rid of the sadness they feel deep inside of their hearts. Many of them tend to have great aspirations and goals, but feel unworthy to achieve such abundance.

These feelings of unworthiness keep holding people back from realizing that they are here to be winners and to experience great happiness. Thoughts and feelings of inadequacy make it difficult for them to move on and start enjoying life.

As the individuals keep focusing on their sadness and pain, feelings of helplessness begin to surface and then they usually end up depressed.

Examine your limiting beliefs

To start believing that you deserve to be happy, you need to let go of the false self you have created and overcome your limiting beliefs. There is nothing more dangerous than holding onto an idea that keeps you stuck to where you are and having you pity yourself.

Let me ask you a question, why do you think some people know they deserve all the happiness while others believe they don’t deserve it? Isn’t all about perception and beliefs?

I know you might be saying that you have done some real bad things and feeling guilty about them. However, let me tell you this that there is nothing you have done that can make you unworthy of happiness and leading a successful life. We all make mistakes, the key is to learn from your experiences and use them to your advantage so you become a winner.

So start examining your limiting beliefs and get rid of them once and for all. Make a list and write all of the thoughts and emotions you feel that make you feel guilty about being happy. See how false these thoughts are and begin to view them as a false opinion, not a fact. With constant practice, your subconscious mind will begin to absorb the new ideas you are beginning to entertain in your mind.

Happiness and worthiness

Happiness is an internal feeling. Nothing and no one can give you true happiness. Yes, there is outer happiness, but if the fundamentals of happiness (internal happiness) are missing, then outer happiness will not last.

Look around you and see how many folks are appreciating and loving themselves. These people have overcome the non-sense that they have acquired at a young age and started to respect themselves and their value.

Once your start making the necessary changes to your subconscious mind, you will start to feel you deserve to be happy and enjoy life to the maximum.

    I only agree with you.
    Many time before I hard to change my mind to help me happy. But now I really feel about it.
    I mean we can change our mind to feel happy about things we have now, problem is if we want get more happy, we need start do things that we want and give us good feeling.

I love this post Dia and this sentence really stood out for me “To start believing that you deserve to be happy, you need to let go of the false self you have created” I am still learning to let go of all the negatives of my past but I do now believe that I can be happy. And I also know that my happiness depends on me and no one else!

    Wel said Dia. If we’re going to experience happiness and success, we’ve got to get both our head and your heart into it. We must Marvelously Deny the faulty opinions that the Counterfeit Self offers. When we do this we are exposing the lies in order to feel the proper self-reverence and self-respect that we deserve.
