My life is so messed up, please help me!
The company that Megan works for has just laid her off. Her boyfriend has just broken up with her and her friends keep gossiping about her. Life has been challenging for her, so she goes home every night and wonders why her life is so messed up.

My life is so messed up
If your life is so messed up, then you need to start improving your life, but how? You can start with the following steps:
Know where you are going
Finding out what you are so passionate about could be the best thing you ever do for yourself. There is nothing more destructive to one self than not having clear vision of where want to go in life.
When I wanted to make some changes in my life, I started to ask myself questions such as:
What does really excite me?
If I could do anything right now what would it be?
What do I need to change in my life?
What service can I give to myself and humanity?
Asking yourself questions is a great way to help you know yourself better. Meditate and ponder these questions and what they mean to you. Knowing yourself better is a must if you want to stop having a messed up life.
As I mentioned in my book “the ultimate guide to achieve your goals” that when you answer the questions that you come up with, you have to know the reasons why you want something. For example, why do you want more money? Perhaps you say that it will give you stability? Then ask yourself, what else? You might then say freedom and the ability to help yourself and others.
Knowing the reasons why you want something will give you the motivation to persist and move forward. Without having great desire, you are likely to give up as soon as you encounter your first or second obstacle.
Take daily steps
Now that you know what you have to do to change the mess you are experiencing in your life, it is time to start taking daily steps to help you get closer to your new goals. When you start taking daily steps, you will begin to see the results very quickly in your life.
As you begin to take steps to fix your life, begin to assess your progress. If you don’t get the desired results, then you will need to change your approach, so you can fix the mess in your life and achieve your vision in all areas of life.
Visualize your dreams
I have written before about the power of creative visualization and how it will help you reduce stress, achieve your goals, and program your subconscious mind with what you desire. Visualization is a great tool that allows you to work through the barriers you have within you.
For example, if you feel that you can’t attract someone to your life, you can begin to use creative visualization as a tool to work through those emotions you harbor inside of you. Begin to see yourself in the happy relationship. See yourself giving and receiving love.
Remember if you want to start seeing something in your reality, you have to see it mentally first.
To fix your life, you have to become the change you would like to see in your life and the world. Often people want to change others and the world, but they forget to look within and change themselves internally.
To stop saying “my life is so messed up,” you need to start living as you desire, first mentally. Then, the changes begin to reflect in your outer life.
