I’m so ugly

I’m so ugly

  • I’m not attractive
  • I’m fat
  • I don’t like my face

A recent study shows that over 75% of girls think they are ugly and have poor body image. If you look around you, you will find that many people might not look good by our society’s standard, but feel very attractive, have many friends, and love themselves. Why is it that some tend to love the way they look while others do not? Does it really have to do with looks?

The answer might surprise you, but of course NO. It has to do with the beliefs that you have accumulated about yourself since childhood. If your parents, family and friends kept telling directly or indirectly that you are ugly, fat, or your body doesn’t look right over and over, then this has become a belief for you if you accepted it.
