Hi Dia,

The mind is a wonderful thing, and it is wonderful to have someone like you around teaching others how to really use it. We do have to visualize what our goals are and what we want from life.

As they always say and even in the Bible, "You are what you think you are!" Not put quite that way, but it sums it up pretty much.

Thank you for sharing your message, My wishes are for many people to finally understand that the mind can hold you back, so it is your choice to change what you don't like in your life and visualize the change you want to see.
Blessing,
Debbie

Completely agree with you, Dia. If we do not have a clear image of what we want to achieve, we are hardly ever going to reach what we were hoping for. Of course, just visualizing something is not enough, as it takes action in order to make things work out (therefore, I agree with Charles Allen on this matter).
Great post, by the way.

Hi Dia,

Great stuff. Visualization made pure and simple. I think you got all the main elements in. Anyone reading this post would be able to visualize effectively now.

I just like to add that for the subconscious mind to really embrace what we are visualizing remember to practice repetition, routine and positive reinforcement in your visualization.

Thanks

Love it Dia,

I think many of us use visualization without even being aware of it. We continue to practice it because it truly works. Great message and I hope others come by to see this.

Very cool,

Hey Dia,
Visualization is such a powerful tool for creation. It is definitely a right brain thing and maybe some are better at it than others.

Since I was a kid I would often use visualization to see myself doing something that I had never done before.

Somedays getting that clear picture in the head is easier than others. :)

I'm with you on one mega point Dia...be crystal clear. If you go into a restaurant with a vague idea of what you'd like to eat you'll probably end up with something you hadn't really wanted. So with life. Be clear, hold that vision, improve it's focus in your mind, aim for it. Bingo!

Hey Dia,

Probably the thing that has helped me the most with visualization is using a vision board, with photos of the things that I wanted to acquire.

As you mentioned, repetition is vital to achieving success, so looking at the vision board at least twice a day (every day) and reading your goal statement at the same time is the only way to getting results.
