3. Be humble

The optimist reminds everyone of the hope and possibilities that we all have for a better life, so be an optimist and people will love you for that. This was a good post. I think I would add one further thing to it. The ability to accept compliments. I love it when I complement someone if they just look happy to receive the complement. Some people are really uncomfortable with compliments and I often feel that someone who accepts them in the spirit that they are meant is a person who is happy with themselves and worth getting to know

By working in customer service I’ve learned what attributes I need to make people want to come back to my business. Being helpful and friendly are everything. But also having good manners.
