Are you afraid of success or failure? Do you feel that success is an unreachable goal? Or perhaps you keep focusing on your fear of failure?

You might have a great idea for opening your own business, yet your business might not succeed and you might come up with various excuses for why your business hasn’t succeeded. If you want to analyze this kind of situation, you will find that you went through various times in your life which have caused you to have this fear of success, yet these are things that most of us go through in life. The truth behind this fear is what I call “fear of success.” We all go through rough times, but we all overcome such problems and focus on success.
Let me tell you if you don’t believe that you will succeed, then most likely you will not. You have to convince your subconscious mind that you will succeed and that you are capable of success.

To overcome your fear of success or failure, follow the below steps:
1. Focus on the best scenarios-
You need to focus on the best scenarios and stop imagining the worst kids of scenarios that might occur in achieving your goals. If you are stay worried, then whatever negative qualities you think might happen, will probably happen.
2. Be realistic-
Know that any goal you want to accomplish, might take months or even a few years until you be able to see solid results. If you don’t get the desired results that you seek in the first few months, do not give up. Keep trying until you achieve your goal.
3. Get support-
Find some people from your family, friends, or anyone else that will support you in what you are doing. It will help to have some kind of support whenever you want to achieve a specific goal.
4. Take some rest and meditate-
Believe it or not, taking some time to relax and meditate every day will help you to get rid of stress and will clear your mind, so you can focus on the desired results that you want to accomplish and see happening in your life.
You have got to have a well thought out plan. Having a good plan will reduce stress , will make you feel calm, and will help you to focus on your goal. As I stated in my book “the ultimate guide to achieve your goals” that planning is an important aspect of achieving goals.
