How to make my life better

To improve and make your life better, follow the below 25 steps:

1. Take from your daily time 15-30 minutes to walk.

2. Make sure you sleep at least 6 hours a day.

3. Read more books than what you have read in the past year.

4. Set a time to meditate to clear and calm your mind.

5. Take 15 minutes a day to visualize your goals as they are already happening.

6. Spend some time with people over the age of 65 and children under the age of 5 years.

7. Eat more natural foods.

8. Drink lots of water.

9. Try to make 3 people smile each day.

10. Never let negative thoughts control you.

11. Smile and laugh more.

12. Life is too short, so do not waste it hating or envying others.

13. Don’t compare yourself to others.

14. The only one responsible for your happiness is you.

15. Forgive everyone, without exception.

16. Do not concern yourself of what others think of you.

17. Stop seeking people’s approval.

18. Keep in touch with your parents and family.

19. Always do what is right.

20. Be optimistic and happy.

21. Give every day something special to others.

22. When you wake up in the morning, show your gratitude and give thanks to God.

23. Live in the present.

24. Always have faith and believe that you will achieve every goal you want.
